I’ve been asked to photograph this beautiful horse for a simple reason – it is going to be sold… There is something sad about this, isn’t it?
This summer will remain in chronicles as rainiest on record in UK. Because of the unstoppable rain many annual shows have been postponed or even canceled, leaving thousands of proposed visitors in frustration and anger. Surely you can be angry with a weather, but it will not help anything (unless you are God or meteorologist).
Equestrian Chard Show is one of the historical long running annual events which was postponed this year. Second date (29th of July) coincided with London Olympics, and probably affected quantity of visitors, but nevertheless turnaround was quite impressive. I was asked by organizers to photograph several prioritized Arenas inside the show plus whatever will catch my eye in between. You can scroll through the gallery and see many different activities/breads/faces.
